From Ingredient to Hero
Puffed rice has lived in Indian homes for generations, but mostly as a side ingredient in bhel, namkeen or mixtures. Grainzz was created to give this light, familiar grain the spotlight it always deserved.
The Taste Gap We Saw
We noticed a simple problem: tasty snacks often felt too heavy, while healthier snacks often felt too boring. Grainzz was built to bring both sides together: bold flavour and better ingredients in one snack.

Meet The Founders
Grainzz was founded by Vibhor Kataria and Rishel Puri, two young entrepreneurs who first met during their bachelor's at JIMS Vasant Kunj and later pursued their MBA from Delhi Technological University. Their journey started like many young professionals in India: college, corporate roles, long workdays, late evenings and endless conversations about what they could build on their own.
During that phase, they realised how deeply snacks had become part of everyday life. Office breaks, travel, study sessions, IPL nights, family time and late-night work all had one thing in common: people were snacking more than ever, but better options were still hard to find. Most snacks were either tasty but heavy, or healthier but not exciting enough to repeat.
That gap became the starting point for Grainzz. Vibhor brings execution, operations and ground-level problem solving to the brand, while Rishel brings branding, marketing and growth strategy. Together, they are building Grainzz as a modern Indian snack company that makes better snacking easier to choose without making it feel boring.
